This weekend just past was the 2013 Musclemania Universe Korea held in Seoul at Kunkuk University.

Once again there were a lot of competitors and huge fan support.
I was there for a majority of the show but once again I left before the end. I was lucky to be seated in the VIP section maybe because I am a foreigner or I had a big camera I was left alone when everyone else was moved out of the area so other personalities and bodybuilders could sit in that section.

I took a few photo's and I made a couple of videos for you to have a look at. Here they are: - The lighting at this years event was unusual so the pictures are quite different from last year.

That's all for this week. I hope you are having a great time so far this week! ^^

This weekend was another fantastic Bodybuilding and Fitness show took place near Gangnam in Dachi-dong.

Starting at 9am and lasting till...? perhaps 7 or 8pm (I left at 6pm missing the last couple of events :( )
There were dozens of events and contestants. Some familiar faces were seen from earlier on in the year but there were many new contestants and some stunning examples of fit bodies. ^^

This will be a long post with a good handful of pictures to enjoy ^^ and some youtube videos with a few more pictures put to music.
